A group of men were present at Monday’s Ronceverte City Council meeting to address agenda item “Loudin Delegation” and with it bring something positive to the community. Howard M. “Toddy” Loudin is the winningest coach in all of West Virginia history, and according to his friend Barry Wise, who represented the cause, Loudin has always considered Ronceverte his home.
