Justin Lee Surbaugh, 22, of Clintonville, WV, passed away Friday, May 9, 2014, at home after a sudden illness.

Justin was born March 30, 1992, at Clifton Forge, VA, to Terry Lee and Angela Lynn Ramsey Surbaugh.

Justin was a welder for Ayers Construction and was a member of the James Chapel United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, George Surbaugh; maternal grandfather, Billy Ramsey; paternal great-grandparents, Lincoln and Myrtle Kenney; and maternal great-grandparents, Billy and Martha Ramsey.

Survivors include his parents, Terry and Angie Surbaugh of Clintonville; paternal grandmother, Doris Kenney Surbaugh of Clintonville; maternal grandmother, Cheryl Hylton Ramsey of Ronceverte, WV; sister, Lauren Faith Surbaugh of Clintonville; brothers, Jared Surbaugh (Lauren) of Morgantown, WV, and Kevin Surbaugh of Ronceverte; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, May 14, 2014, at 1 PM at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral home in Lewisburg, WV, with the Rev. Sam Haught officiating. Burial will follow at the Greenbrier Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 13, from 6-8 PM at the funeral home in Lewisburg.
