Janice Irene Allman went home to our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, April 29, 2014, at her home in Lewisburg, WV, surrounded by her family.
Janice was born on June 24, 1964, in Ronceverte, WV, to Hazel Allman Caldwell and the late Eugene Charles Allman.
Janice was a graduate of Greenbrier East High School, Class of 1982, and she was employed at Shoney’s in Lewisburg for 21 years.
She is survived by her mother, Hazel Allman Caldwell of Lewisburg; a sister, Eileen Allman of Lewisburg; a brother, Greg Allman and wife, Jill, of Lewisburg; nieces, Letha Allman of Rainelle, WV, and Ashley Richmond of Fort Spring, WV; two grandnephews, Matthew Richmond II of Lewisburg and Hayden Allman of Rainelle; and a grandniece, Julie Faith Lephew of Fort Spring.
Janice is preceded in death by her father, Eugene Charles Allman; maternal grandparents, Leonard Ratliff and Maxine Ratliff Kershner; and paternal grandparents, Howard and Viola Allman.
The family would like to send out a special thank you to Dr. Debra Sams and staff, HospiceCare, CNAs and nurses, and Pastor Everette Defibaugh for the care and support during this time.

There will be a memorial service on Friday, May 2, 2014, at 11 AM at the Community Pentecostal Holiness Church on Brush Road with Pastor Everette “Hat” Defibaugh officiating.
In honor of Janice, the family will meet with friends and family at the church one hour prior to the service.
