The Fayette County Sheriff’s Department has released the names of those required to appear before the Circuit Court Judge on Friday, Feb. 19 for arraignment.
Arraignment is not an indication or finding of guilt. All defendants are innocent of their charges unless proven guilty in a court of law.
The following individuals are to report on Friday, February 19, 2021, before the Honorable Paul M. Blake, Jr., Judge of the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, at 9 a.m., in the Courthouse for arraignment.

Jeremy C. Miller, third-offense felony driving under the influence of alcohol, two counts felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver;
