LEWISBURG (WVDN) – Four Greenbrier East Spartan football players were named to all-state teams last week.
Running back Ian Cline, quarterback Monquelle Davis, receiver Lucas McCallister and kicker Noah Dotson all were recognized for their play on the field this season.
East finished 4-6 on the year.
Cline – Second Team: 1,255 yards rushing, 17 touchdowns. 230 yards receiving, two TDs.
Davis – 601 yards passing, four touchdowns. 447 rushing yards, three touchdowns.
McCallister – 420 yards receiving, four total TDs. 228 kick return yards, 143 punt return yards.
Dotson- Two made field goals with a school record long of 44 yards. 24-of-32 extra points. One of state’s leaders in kickoff touchbacks.
