October Greenbrier County Grand Jury Hands Up 36 Indictments

The Greenbrier County Grand Jury handed up 36 indictments during the October session. Charges include burglary, wanton endangerment, grand larceny, malicious wounding, multiple fleeing incidents and child neglect resulting in death.

Michelle Lynn Bland, 34, of Ronceverte, fraudulent schemes, conspiracy;

Gary A. Brooks, 46, of Rainelle, burglary, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny, fleeing from an officer;

John Z. Brown, 37, of Lewisburg, two counts of reckless fleeing from an officer;

Brian Keith Brown, 53, of Lewisburg, driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol – third or subsequent offense;

Michael Dallas Burns, 65, of Charmco, prohibited person in possession of a firearm;

Todd W. Clutter, 62, of Ronceverte, wanton endangerment involving a firearm;

Dustin Anthony Crouch, 29, of Ronceverte, breaking and entering, petit larceny;

Ryan Wayne Feury, 39, of Lewisburg, fraudulent schemes, conspiracy;

Joseph Keith Forren, 22, of Williamsburg, grand larceny;

Logan Henry Friedman, 26, of Lewisburg, malicious wounding;

Eric Matthew George, 22, of Lewisburg, fleeing from an officer while driving under the influence of alcohol, battery on a law enforcement officer, reckless fleeing from an officer, driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol and obstructing an officer;

Jameson Jurl Hampton, 31, of Charmco, uttering;

Geoffery Scott Holliday, 35, of Ronceverte, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny;

Megan Marie Honaker, 33, of Glen Lyn, VA, forgery;

Kimberly Ann Horne, 44, of Alderson, fraudulent use of an access device (x3);

Felecia Keen, 41, of Crawley, child neglect resulting in death;

Richard Allen Keener, 38, Hillsboro, reckless fleeing an officer;

Brandon Kenney, 33, of Frankford, reckless fleeing from an officer, fleeing from an officer while driving under the influence;

Gerald Tyrone King, 41, of White Sulphur Springs, robbery in the first degree;

Donald R. Linton, 36, of White Sulphur Springs, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny;

Hillary N. Martin, 24, of Princeton, grand larceny;

Robert Massie, 41, of Gap Mills, burglary, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny, reckless fleeing from an officer, battery on a law enforcement officer;

Randy Allen McClung I, 29, of Rainelle, failure to register as a sex offender or provide notice of registration changes – second offense (x3);

Chloe Anna Meadows, 24, of Lewisburg, accessory after the fact to malicious wounding;

Ryan John Mollet, 30, of Crawley, attempt to kill or injure by poison (x2);

Collin Mackenzie Parker, 21, of Lewisburg, sexual assault in the third degree (x2);

Jacob Perkins, 42, of Crawley, child neglect resulting in death

Raymond M. Ramos, 39, of Neola, counterfeiting, possession of counterfeit with intent to utter;

Kip Aaron Sears, 32, of Lewisburg, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance – methamphetamine (2 counts), prohibited person in possession of a firearm (2 counts), concealed firearm by a felon, wanton endangerment involving a firearm (x4), assault during the commission of a felony, deliver a controlled substance – methamphetamine.

Timothy John Wickline, 32, of Lewisburg, sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in position of trust to a child (x2), incest, sexual assault in the third degree;

Robert Allen Williamson, 55, of Crawley, failure to register as a sex offender or provide notice of registration changes (x2);

and, Todd Clay Young II, 20, of Daniels, sexual assault in the third degree, sexual assault in the second degree.

Indictments are not determinations of guilt but rather formal charges against the suspects of the alleged crimes.
