MARLINTON, W.Va. (WVDN) – The Pocahontas County Opera House is thrilled to announce its 2025/2026 Season Preview Party, set to take place on Saturday, June 14, from 7-9 p.m. The event, which is free and open to the public, will celebrate the continuation of the Opera House’s 25th anniversary with a silver-themed celebration, complete with a silver carpet.

The Season Preview Party will offer attendees an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming performance series, showcasing the Opera House’s unwavering commitment to bringing diverse and enriching artistic experiences to the community. Guests will be treated to an evening of hors d’oeuvres, drinks, door prizes, a raffle, and a silent auction, providing the perfect opportunity for arts and culture enthusiasts to connect, celebrate, and support the new season.

The event will highlight the Opera House’s role as a cornerstone of artistic and cultural expression in the community, and attendees will get a glimpse of the incredible performances in store for the 2025/2026 season.

One of the highlights of the event is the opportunity for attendees to purchase season tickets at a special discount price, ensuring they have a seat for the array of performances scheduled at the cherished Opera House. By securing tickets early, patrons can demonstrate their support for the arts in the community and guarantee their spot at these incredible shows.

The Pocahontas County Opera House is reaching out to local businesses to contribute to the silent auction, provide door prizes, or be included in the upcoming season’s playbill.
