Meet your Candidate: Todd Longanacre

Delegate Todd Longanacre is a 1987 graduate of Seneca Trail Christian Academy. He grew up in Greenbrier County and lived in Ronceverte. Longanacre is a retired military officer and
multiple-deployed combat veteran with nearly 30 years of service, he served in the West Virginia National Guard and the Active Army as a Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division, and retired out of the 101st Airborne/Air Assault Division in 2015.

Delegate Longanacre holds degrees in Forestry, Biology, and a Masters of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership Behavior and Strategic Leadership. He is also a graduate of the Army Command and General
Staff College (Advanced Operations). He is the former owner of Poggio’s Wood Fired Pizza and currently owns Forest Manna Outdoors, LLC.

Longanacre currently serves as the Senior Army Instructor for the Monroe County Tech Center’s JROTC
Program. Delegate Longanacre is the Republican Incumbent representing the 47th House District which is Greenbrier County West of State Route 219. Delegate Todd Longanacre resides on a small farm just outside of Alderson with his wife Sabrina. Longanacre enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, reading, hosting foriegn exchange students, and playing drums.

Delegate Longanacre has been endorsed by the WV Farm Bureau, West Virginians For Life, has an “A” rating from the NRA, and has been voted as the Most Conservative Member of the Legislature 2022 by the WV Conservative Foundation.
