PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL
Notice is hereby given in accordance with West Virginia Code 35-1-10 that the Trustees of and for the MOUNTAIN VIEW CONFERENCE OF SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTISTS will on or after the 15th day of October, 2026, convey the property hereinafter described to MARTINEZ INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT LLC, for the sum of sixty thousand and no/100 dollars ($60,000.00), by a deed to be executed by the undersigned Trustees on behalf of MOUNTAIN VIEW CONFERENCE OF SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTISTS, which real estate to be so conveyed is described as follows:
all those certain lots, tracts or parcels of land together with the buildings and improvements thereon, easements, rights of way, and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the City of Lewisburg and Lewisburg District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, on the south side of U.S. 60 and West Virginia State Local Service Route 60/19 and also on the east side of West Virginia State Local Service Route 60/58, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a 5/8” rebar set on the south side of U.S. 60, a corner to Greenbrier Public Service District No. 1; thence with U.S. 60,
S 54 degrees 23’30” E 173.97 feet to a point on the south side of W.Va. S.L.S. Rte. 60/19; thence leaving U.S. 60 and with Rte. 60/19, S 44 degrees 53’ E 68.67 feet to appoint; thence
S 48 degrees 47’ 30” E 62.30 feet to a point; thence
S 53 degrees 47’E 43.17 feet to a point; thence
S 52 degrees 49’30” E 92.52 feet to a ½” iron pipe, found, a corner to Ream Interests, Inc., leaving Rt. 60/10 and with Ream Interests.
S 40 degrees 05’30” W 765.05 feet to a ½” re-bar, found, a corner to Greenbrier County Commission; thence leaving the Ream Interests, Inc., and with the Greenbrier County Commission,

N 52 degrees 39’ W 43.46 feet to a 5/8” re-bar, set, a corner to W.Va. S.L.S. Rte. 60/58; thence leaving Ulticorp United and with Rte. 60/58,

N 34 degrees 07’ 30” E 115.52 feet to a point; thence
N 40 degrees 23’30” E 213.57 feet to a point, a corner to Greenbrier Public Service District No. 1; thence leaving Rte. 60/58 and with Greenbrier Public Service District No. 1,
S 60 degrees 41’ E 119.90 feet to a 5/8” re-bar, set; thence
N 40 degrees 35’30” E 56.17 feet to the beginning and containing 8.63 acres, more or less, as surveyed by Harvey B. Neel of Lewisburg, West Virginia, in December, 2009.
And being the same real property conveyed unto Timothy Bailey, Victor Zill, Jeff Thomas and Rich Fullmer, Trustees of and for the Mountain View Conference of Seventh-Day Adventists by deed dated August 20, 2024 and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia in Deed Book 665 at Page 863.
