RONCEVERTE- Elite Orthopedics opened in Ronceverte on Monday, August 17th with the promise to provide excellent orthopedic care without losing the hometown feel of supporting your neighbors. A patient-first, familial approaching clinic, Elite Orthopedics is sure to introduce a new standard to Healthcare in Greenbrier County.

The clinic is headed by Dr. Erik Stapleton, an orthopedic surgeon with an expansive repertoire of experience in his field of study. Stapleton’s focus isn’t just providing a diagnosis but understanding it; patients at the clinic can expect personal, compassionate care as their work, family, independence, and quality of life are all taken into consideration. His treatment philosophy reflects this, as he aims to help patients regain function, reduce pain, and return to normalcy using a treatment plan curated for them.

“Patients should understand their diagnosis, know what treatment options are available, and feel comfortable asking questions,” he states.

But most importantly, Stapleton believes patients should never feel like just another case. When they are in his care, Dr. Stapleton insists that they will have someone to advocate for, stay invested in, and work toward the best possible outcome for their health.

The clinic participates with many insurance plans and helps its patients understand their insurance coverage. Part of their service is assisting in finding the best financial solution for each case. The team can assist with insurance verification and discuss self-pay or payment options. However, the team comments, “we strongly encourage patients to verify their benefits directly with their insurance carrier and confirm that the providers and facilities involved in their care are considered in the network.”

Patients can make an appointment with the assistance of the in-house AI receptionist, “Katie”. Though many prefer to speak with a person over the phone, this assistant allows the staff to remain focused on the patients who are physically in front of them, while still ensuring that callers are taken care of—and not simply sent to voicemail.

“We also want people to know that technology will never replace personal access to our team. We make ourselves as available as possible, and if a patient needs us, we want them to feel comfortable reaching out,” the team states.

The clinical and administrative staff work closely together to make the process as organized, efficient, and comfortable as possible for their patients. Katie is an excellent tool for this purpose.

Elite Orthopedics’ opening is especially significant to the area due to the excessive need to travel further for professional care. The team is aware and sympathetic to the plight.

“We believe Ronceverte, Lewisburg, and Southern West Virginia have a real need for convenient access to high-quality orthopedic care, and we want to help meet that need.”

So, the team brought their services straight to Greenbrier County.

“For us, this is not simply about opening another office. It is about becoming a trusted orthopedic resource for Southern West Virginia and providing patients with excellent care in their own community.”

Elite Orthopedics was built around a simple philosophy: provide excellent care while never losing the hometown feel of taking care of your neighbors. The clinic is located at 3942 Davis Stuart Road, Suite 4 in Ronceverte.

Appointments for the Beckley and Ronceverte clinics can be scheduled by calling (681)251-8570 or visiting www.eliteorthowv.com.
