You will take notice that WAINIGRIV, LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2023-C-000393, located in RONCEVERTE CORP District, LTS 32 & 34 (CONS 2 TRACTS) FORREN SUR.CL. which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of WAIT MARIE, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of GREENBRIER County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on July 3, 2024. WAINIGRIV, LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after October 1, 2026, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before September 30, 2026 will be as follows:
