CITY OF WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

MONDAY, JULY 13, 2026 at 7:00 P.M.

1. To conduct a public hearing regarding a proposed Business & Occupational Tax Ordinance.

2. To conduct a public hearing regarding a proposed amendment to the Solid Waste Collection Ordinance.

3. To consider on second reading and act upon a proposed Business & Occupational Tax Ordinance entitled:

ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REPLACING CHAPTER 113, ARTICLES 135 THROUGH 167, BUSINESS AND OCCUPATION TAX OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS.

4. To consider on second reading and act upon a proposed amendment to the Solid Waste Collection Ordinance entitled:

ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 50, ARTICLES 50.06 SECTION B, AND ARTICLE 50.14, SOLID WASTE COLLECTION OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS.

5. All other matters related to the foregoing.
