CHANGE OF NAME
Notice is hereby given that on the day of 5th day of August, 2026, at 1 o’clock, p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner,Virginia Anne Lemon, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Patrick I. Via, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing her children’s names from Warner Mathews Mickle to Warner Leonard Lemon and Kyiah Palmer Mickle to Kyiah Palmer Lemon, Case No. CC-13-2026-P-36. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the Circuit Clerk of Greenbrier County at her office.
