Elizabeth, W.Va. (WVDN) —On Sunday, May 10, 2026, at approximately 2:50 pm, Trooper T. C. Winters responded to a single-vehicle crash on Little Kanawha Parkway near Chestnut Run Road in Elizabeth, WV.
Upon arrival, Trooper Winters learned that a vehicle driven by Steve Boggs, 59, of Grantsville, was traveling west on Little Kanawha Parkway (WV Route 5) when the vehicle went off the roadway, struck a pole, rolled over, and came to rest upright. Mr. Boggs was extracted from the vehicle and was taken to Camden Clark Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.
The next of kin has been notified.
