The Country Roads Food Cooperative Is Accepting Sealed Bids For WV Local Meat Products For Child Nutrition Programs

BID ADVERTISEMENT

The Country Roads Food Cooperative which includes Greenbrier County Schools, is accepting sealed bids for WV Local Meat Products for child nutrition programs in the following counties:  Boone, Greenbrier, Logan, McDowell, Monroe, Nicholas, Pocahontas, Raleigh, Summers, Webster and Wyoming, effective March 10, 2026 to March 25, 2026.

All eligible food distributors are invited to submit bids. Bid specifications may be obtained by contacting Linda Knott at lknott@k12.wv.us or 304-466-6000 x 1103. Bids are due by March 25, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Bids will be opened and read aloud on April 22, 2026.

The County Roads Cooperative reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive minor informalities. All bids must be in compliance with Federal procurement regulations 2 C.F.R.
