CALDWELL W.Va. (WVDN) – After a successful career with RE/MAX Executive in Charlotte, North Carolina, Cindy Ayouch has returned to West Virginia and is beginning a new chapter with RE/MAX Lifestyle Realty, bringing both financial expertise and a passion for community to the Richwood area.
Her ties to West Virginia run deep. Her mother was born and raised near Sam Black Church, and family trips to the Mountain State were a regular part of her childhood.
“My mom would bring us to West Virginia to visit family, my grandfather and cousins. Those memories always stayed with me,” Ayouch said. “When you come back as an adult, you see it in a completely new light. It really reignited my love for West Virginia.”
Ayouch looks forward to reconnecting with the community of Richwood, an area she has always appreciated. After her youngest of two sons left for college, she decided it was the right time to return.
“Networking and working with people was always my favorite part of my previous career at the Federal Reserve and REMAX Executive,” Ayouch said. “Real estate allows me to build connections while helping people through important life decisions.”
She also brings more than a decade of community involvement supporting survivors of domestic violence through churches and nonprofit organizations. She currently leads a weekly online support group for women and works with the nonprofit “Shine a Light on Domestic Violence”. She is also a Miracle Agent with Children’s Miracle Network via REMAX. A portion of her commission from each home or property sold goes directly to support WV children and families.
She hopes to play a role in the future growth of Richwood. “Richwood has so much potential. I want to be part of bringing investment back to the area, helping people buy and sell, and inspiring people about our unique area.”
Ayouch lived in cities such as Richmond, Atlanta, and Washington, D.C. She believes her experiences give her a unique perspective when helping others relocate to West Virginia.
RE/MAX Lifestyle Realty is based in Caldwell. Alinda Perrine, broker/owner, has strong ties to Richwood. Alinda was born in Richwood. Her parents are Bill (deceased) and Shirley Perrine. “My fondest memories are family picnics at Woodbine, the Cherry River Navy Festival in downtown Richwood, and hikes into Cranberry. I’m excited as a Broker to expand RE/MAX Lifestyle Realty to Richwood and Nicholas County. Ayouch will bring a presence and energy to this area at a time when WV is blossoming in real estate.
