Beaver, W.Va. (WVDN) — New River Community and Technical College is pleased to announce the appointment of Chelsea Bricker as the college’s new Director of Communications.
In this role, Bricker will oversee all internal and external communications for the college, including marketing, media relations, and brand management. As a member of the President’s Cabinet, she will play an active role in advancing New River CTC’s mission of providing accessible, affordable, quality education throughout West Virginia.
Bricker brings a strong background in marketing and communications to the college. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication and a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication, both from West Virginia University.
“I’m excited to join the leadership team at New River CTC and help share the stories of our students, faculty, and programs,” Bricker said. “The college has a powerful impact on our communities, and I look forward to highlighting that work.”
A native of Oak Hill, West Virginia, Bricker will serve as the primary contact for media inquiries, advertising opportunities, and public relations initiatives for the college.
