Ronceverte — Work will be taking place on water lines that will require the main water tank to be shut off Monday, June 14 and possibly Tuesday, June 15. According to the city of Ronceverte, water should be on in the evenings during this time, but a boil water advisory will be in effect. Because of this, bottled water will be distributed across from Tri-County Produce between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. The city asks that anyone who comes to pick up bottled water please bring ID or a water bill so they can ensure the water is only going to those affected by the shutoff and boil water advisory.
The Great Rubber Ducky was unfortunately postponed. However, they are hoping to reschedule it for Saturday, June 19. A final decision will be made later in the week and updates will be posted to the City of Ronceverte’s Facebook page.
