LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – A free sports physicals clinic is scheduled for Saturday, May 18 from 9 a.m. to Noon at CAMC Greenbrier Valley Medical Center – General Surgery 157 Skylar Dr., Lewisburg.
The clinic is open to middle school and high school athletes playing all sports in the 2024-2025 school year.
Students must bring the sports physical form provided by their school signed by a parent/guardian to receive a physical.
Forms will be available at the clinic, but it must be signed by a parent/guardian at the clinic.
Walk-ins only (no appointment required).
