GREENBRIER COUNTY W.Va. (WVDN) – The Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office would like to welcome Thaddaeus R. Fullen as its newest member as a Deputy Sheriff. Fullen, who is also known as Thad, was raised in Union, West Virginia, Monroe County. Thaddaeus previously spent four years in active duty status with the United States Marine Corps and was stationed in Camp Pendleton, California.

He received an honorable discharge in 2024 and has been employed by Fullen’s Excavating since that time. On July 18, he was sworn in as Deputy Sheriff of Greenbrier County by the Honorable Pat Via, Circuit Court Judge of Greenbrier County.

“I personally would like to welcome Thaddaeus into our ranks. Thaddaeus appears to be highly motivated, respectful, and family oriented. I feel he will be a great asset to the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office and will serve the citizens of Greenbrier County with integrity and respect,” says Chief Deputy Joshua J. Martin.
