GREENBRIER COUNTY W.Va. (WVDN) – Greenbrier Valley Theatre will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day, Monday, March 17, with a proverbial pot o’ gold. The event is free, with many Irish favorites for purchase.
The event kicks off in the GVT Lobby at 4 p.m. Festivities include a Saint Patrick’s Day parade, live traditional Irish music with Patrick O’Flaherty, Irish beverages, and Irish stew. Parade goers plan to meet at 5 p.m. downtown at Patina, where they will march the short distance to the main entrance of GVT. The parade will begin at 5:30 p.m. with Tommy Wiggins as 2025’s parade marshal.
Patrick O’Flaherty will provide music from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Irish beverages will readily flow for attendees and Irish stew courtesy of Blackwell’s Catering will also be available. Come join the celebration and make some Shamrock memories this St. Paddy’s Day.
