LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – Edgewood Presbyterian Church is hosting the 2nd Annual Junk in the Trunk, a community yard sale/flea market, on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at the church, which is located at 162 Harper Road in Lewisburg from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Junk in the Trunk will offer opportunities for vendors to showcase a wide variety of items, from unique vintage finds to custom-made crafts from the trunks of their vehicles. There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee for vendors who can pre-register and pay by scanning the QR code on the flyer or by calling or texting 304-646-6929. Set-up for vendors begins at 7 a.m. and the event will take place outdoors, rain or shine. A food area with indoor seating will be provided to give all vendors and shoppers an opportunity for a bite to eat.

All junkers, collectors, bargain-getters, treasure hunters, antique enthusiasts, nostalgia finders, budget-conscious shoppers, tech gadget geeks, unique crafters, vintage lovers, thrift seekers, and others are welcome! Shoppers will be surrounded by a second-hand shopping paradise offering bargains, one-of-a-kind items, rare and unique goods, as well as all things chippy, rusty, vintage, and handmade.

Registration fees and food sales will benefit the Saturday of Service ministry at the church, which provides monthly free meals for those with food insecurity within the Greenbrier Valley or for anyone who else who wants a meal.

Edgewood Presbyterian Church is a Matthew 25 Church that accepted the Presbyterian Church USA’s invitation to follow Jesus’ teachings in Matthew 25:31-46 by becoming active disciples and making a difference in our community and the world. Jesus wants us to serve others with love and kindness, without expecting anything in return. Yet, in return, we get everything.
