Carroll H. Mann
Carroll H. Mann, born May 1, 1941, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2025.
Carroll was a long-time resident of White Sulphur Springs, WV, where he lived since his childhood home in Gap Mills, WV. He worked at The Greenbrier Hotel his entire life, until his retirement.
In Carroll’s younger years, you would find him at the dragstrip in Beckley, WV, with his treasured 1969 Z28 Camaro, drag racing the quarter mile events. In his later years, you would find him at local car shows, showing off his pride and joy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Edith Mann of Gap Mills, WV; his brother, Ferrell Mann of Covington, VA; his son, Darrell Hinkle of Ronceverte, WV; and his second wife, who he was married to for 48 years, when she preceded him in death in 2014.
He is survived by his children, Lula Dawn Mann-Martin and husband, Matt, of Organ Cave, WV; Tina Mann Collins and husband, Terry, of Shinnston, WV; Sharon Campbell and husband, Grover, of Union, WV; and Richard Mann of Roanoke, VA. Carroll has six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, along with five nieces and nephews.
There will be no memorial service upon his request.
