GREENBRIER COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA

Solicitation for Bids

PROJECT OVERVIEW: The City of Lewisburg is accepting sealed bids to paint the interior of the Greenbrier County Library located at 152 Robert W McCormick Drive, Lewisburg, West Virginia. The library is approximately 13,500 square feet.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 8:00 a.m., at Greenbrier County Library at 152 Robert W McCormick Drive, Lewisburg, WV. Must attend to place a bid.

DUE DATE OF BID: Bids must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. Monday, December 9, 2024, to the City of Lewisburg, 942 Washington St. W, Lewisburg, WV 24901.

SCOPE:

The contractor awarded the bid will be responsible for moving the furniture. Protecting the surrounding area and furniture from paint splash.

The city will be responsible for supplying the paint. The contractor will be responsible for providing other supplies and include the cost in the bid.

Any vendor, agent, or contractor submitting a quote for the hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has or will obtain a valid West Virginia Contractor’s license and/or State of West Virginia Business Registration and a City of Lewisburg business license. Vendors must meet all qualifications required by the statutes of the State of West Virginia and subdivisions in which the work is to be performed. The City of Lewisburg reserves the right to reject any or all quotes.
