GREENBRIER COUNTY W.Va. (WVDN) – The American Heritage Music Hall of Ronceverte is holding two upcoming fundraisers. They include:
Spaghetti Dinner: Saturday, Sept. 7, from 2-7 p.m. at the Asbury Community Center at 9818 Alta Drive, located just off Route 12 in Asbury.
Craft/Vendor Show: The fourth annual Fall Craft Vendor Show will be held Saturday, Sept. 14 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at Rhema Christian Life Center Gym 3584 Davis Stuart Rd. in Lewisburg (in Fairlea just around from the hospital).
Proceeds from these events go to the American Heritage Music Hall which is a nonprofit organization. Please, come out and support the American Heritage Music Hall and all the talented local area crafters.
Since January 2024, the American Heritage Music Hall has not had access to its building and all events have been canceled due to controversy between AHMH and the City of Roncevete over ownership of the building. They have had to hold fundraisers in other locations and they appreciate everyone who has worked accommodating them with space to do so. They thank the community for the support that they have given them at this time.
The American Heritage Music Hall has reportedly occupied the building since 2003 and gained ownership in 2006. The American Heritage Music Hall is a family-oriented facility, all ages are welcome. No smoking, no alcohol allowed, just lots of laughter, music, dancing, food and fun.
The American Heritage Music Hall is hoping that this issue will soon be resolved, that it can open back up to the public, and that it can resume business as it has for the past 20+ years.
