Ty Alexander Lewis, 30, of Ronceverte, WV, passed away from this life to his eternal home on Wednesday, October 9, 2019.
Ty was born on July 9, 1989, in Atlantic City, NJ, and he was the son of Hobert Lee Daniels and Jacquelyn Doreen (Smith) Penn.
Ty graduated from Greenbrier East High School and studied electrical engineering at the Delaware Valley Job Corp Center. He worked as an electrician for The Bell Company and at an apartment complex in New Jersey. Ty worked as a cook in several establishments in West Virginia and New York. He loved to skate and snowboard. Ty was an artist as well, but mostly loved to listen to music and dance.
In addition to his father, Ty was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Shelby Jean Daniels.
Surviving family members include his daughter, CaMilla Lewis Whitaker; mom, Jacquelyn Penn (Donald); stepdad, Cameron Lewis; brothers, Coy Lewis and Christian Daniels; sisters, Nya Lewis and Cassie Clark; paternal grandfather, Edward Daniels; maternal grandparents, Bob and Louise Smith; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral service will be at noon on Saturday, October 19, 2019, at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel, 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV 24901, with Pastor Greg Scott and Pastor Stewart Farley officiating. Burial will follow at the Sunset Cemetery in Ronceverte.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, Saturday, at the funeral home.
