James Nathaniel Braswell has entered a guilty plea to breaking and entering, as well as a habitual offender petition, in a hearing on Wednesday, March 20.
According to Greenbrier County Prosecutor Patrick Via, the two charges at hand were brought in a case from October 2017, in which Braswell entered an unoccupied residence, count one, with the intention to commit larceny, count two.
