RUPERT W.Va. (WVDN) – Karen McClung was the “Best of Show” winner in the Rupert Public Library Art Show which was held on April 20. McClung’s painting was a watercolor titled “Queen Ann’s Lace.” McClung also received the first place blue ribbon in the watercolor category for this painting.
