Betty Lou Morgan, 77, of Ronce-verte, WV, passed away peacefully,
Saturday, October 13, 2018, at the Peyton Hospice House in Lewisburg, WV.
Born June 9, 1941, at Union, WV, she was the daughter of William
Delfield and Mary Lavicie Bare Mohler.
Betty was a member of the Greenbrier Baptist Church. She retired from
Greenbrier Valley Medical Center as the Coordinator of Volunteers and
Senior Friends. She had a beautiful soul, and everyone who knew her,
loved her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers,
Oswald, Frank, and Bill Mohler.
Survivors include her faithful, loving husband of 59 years, Mark Morgan;
sons, Mark Anthony Morgan (Gina) of Sinks Grove, WV, and David Wayne
Morgan (Jennifer Saunders) of Alderson, WV; daughter, Vicky Sue Anderson
(Charles) of Pickaway, WV; her twin sister, Bonnie Morgan (Kermit) of
Organ Cave, WV; sisters-in-law, Rita Mohler, Sharon Mohler, and Lena
Spurlin; grandchildren, Josh Morgan, Dustin and Katrina Crouch, Joey and
Luke Morgan, Maggie Palmer, Jessica Holliday, and Charlie Anderson;
great-grandchildren, Taylee Morgan, Zayne Crouch, Abby and Walker
Morgan, Braxton Anderson, Breianna and Brandon Cook, and Ashton, Haydn,
and Keaton Holliday; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 7 p.m., Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at
the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel, 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV, with
her grandsons, Pastor Joey Morgan and Charlie Anderson, officiating.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until time of the service, Wednesday, at
the funeral home.
