FAIRLEA W.Va. (WVDN) – A nighttime Easter egg hunt featuring glow-in-the-dark eggs will take place this Friday, March 22, at 8 pm, for children up to age thirteen at Greenbrier Valley Church of the Nazarene in Fairlea.

Approximately one thousand plastic eggs have been prepared for the event, each marked by small glow sticks and containing a small item of candy. The church property will be sectioned off by various age levels, including one section designated for children with special needs. Each participant should bring a basket or bag in which to place the eggs found.

Participants and their families are asked to enter the church’s fellowship hall, on the lower (east) end of the building (Skylar Dr. side), to wait for the start of the egg hunt.

If inclement weather occurs and the event is rescheduled, information will be posted on the church’s Facebook page at “Gbr. Valley Church of the Nazarene” and the church’s website at gvnazarene.org.

The church is located at 167 Dawkins Dr., one-half mile south of Greenbrier Valley Medical Center, just off Davis Stuart Rd. in Fairlea.
