The Fourth Annual Parade of Lights is returning to Failea and Lewisburg on Tuesday, September 11, to honor the memories of the many emergency responders who sacrificed their lives assisting others during the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.
Hosted by the Greenbrier County Fire and Emergency Responder Association (GCFERA), the Parade of Lights will begin in the State Fair of West Virginia free parking lot in order to accommodate the increased number of vehicles and pieces of equipment set to participlate this year.
