Clarence E. Williams Jr., 81, of Renick, WV, passed away Saturday, August 25, 2018, at the Peyton Hospice House, Lewisburg, WV.
Born April 15, 1937, at Renick, he was the son of Clarence E. Williams Sr. and Grace Baldwin Williams.
Clarence retired from the WV Department of Transportation after 22 years of service and was a bus driver for the Greenbrier County Board of Education for 30 years. He attended the Ronceverte Baptist Church. Clarence loved to deer hunt and watch sports.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Polly Bishop and Vinecia Stanley; and a brother, Eugene Williams.
Survivors include his loving, devoted wife of over 60 years, Wanda Perry Williams; son, Craig Williams (Angel) of Pickaway, WV; daughter, Sheila Decker (Bruce) of Frankford, WV; sister, Velma Burleson (Richard) of Marion, NC; grandchildren, Jennifer Ervin (Tony), Brianne Williams (Lance McClintic), and Ethan Graham (Calianna); step- grandchildren, Jeremy Vance (Autumn), Kagney Shockley, Jennifer Wegmann (Skippy), and Blaine Decker (Stephanie); great- grandchildren, Josi, Hailey, and Peyton Ervin, and Ivy Graham; step-great- grandchildren, Chloe and Adalie Shockley, Claire Wegmann and Isabelle and Giulianna Decker; several nieces and nephews; and a special brother- in-law, Carl Stanley of Lewisburg.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m., Monday, August 27, 2018, at the Morningside Cemetery in Renick, with Pastor Andy Howdock and Gary Price officiating.
Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until 1:30 p.m., Monday, at the Morgan Funeral Home, 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Peyton Hospice House, 1265 Maplewood Avenue, Lewisburg, WV.
