Awards honoring valor, merit, and bravery were given and an ordinance concerning a potential blanket ban on livestock in the city was tabled during the Monday, August 13, meeting of the White Sulphur Springs City Council.
Former White Sulphur Springs Police Chief Jacob Dowdy presented awards and accommodations to Gavin Craft, 10, White Sulphur Springs Patrolman Nathan Patton and former White Sulphur Springs patrolman and now Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Hudnall.
