CHARMCO- Despite having multiple players roaming the court with foul trouble all evening, the Greenbrier West Lady Cavaliers still managed to defeat the Richwood Lady Lumberjacks 64-38 in the opening round of the Region 3, Section 2 opening round.

Maddie Fields continued her stellar play of late and put in 21 points. Brilee Redden added 19, and Preslee Treadway, who battled foul issues the whole game, contributed 12.

Chloe Cox led Richwood in the scorebooks with 14 points.

The Cavs will now shift their focus to Meadow Bridge this Thursday when they host the Wildcats for the sectional championship.
