Mary Ethel Harless, 68, of Neola, WV passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.
Born May 18, 1950 at Frankford, WV, she was the daughter of Lonzo and Rhoda Workman Blankenship.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Harley and Alva Blankenship; and sister, Thelma Tipton.
Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Melvin “Dynamite” Harless; sons, Chris Harless and wife, Christy, of Rupert, WV, and Chase Harless of White Sulphur Springs, WV; daughter, Tammy Persinger of Lewisburg, WV; brothers, James Blankenship and wife, Phyllis, of White Sulphur Springs, Bradford Blankenship and wife, Frances, of Newpark, PA and Lloyd Blankenship of Frankford; sisters, Irene George and husband, Sam, of White Sulphur Springs, and Arella Underwood and husband, Robert, of Frankford; grandchildren, Seda Lafon, Katlin Gilkeson, Cameron Farley, Laken Harless and Kalli Harless; great-grandchildren, Andrew and Emily Lafon, Haiden White, Holden Gilkeson, and Kingsley and Kambrey Farley; several nieces and nephews; and her dog, Gypsy.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 24, 2018, at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel, 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, with Pastor Ralph Hubbard officiating. Burial will follow in the Mountain Gate Cemetery, Renick, WV.
Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until time of the service Sunday at the funeral home.
