Local lawyer Douglas H. Arbuckle’s license to practice law was suspended for three months by the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, according to a press release from the Office of Disciplinary Counsel based in Charleston.
Beginning on April 6, Arbuckle’s license was suspended for three months and will be reinstated in July, unless the office of disciplinary counsel determines that the conditions for reinstatement have not been met.
