Greenbrier County Schools announce summer feeding program sites

GREENBRIER COUNTY, W.Va. (WVDN) – Greenbrier County Schools plan to sponsor a food service program this summer under the West Virginia Department of Education, USDA Summer Food Service Program for Children. They will operate this program at the following locations:

Alderson Elementary: Energy Express, Summer SOLE, breakfast, 8-8:30 a.m., lunch 11:30 a.m.–12 p.m. Energy Express is June 21-July 28, Monday-Friday, and Summer SOLE is June 21-July 27, Monday-Thursday.

Alderson Farmers Market: Tuesday evenings, June 27, July 11, 18 and 25, from 3-5 p.m.

Carnegie Kids College: Snack program for participants, morning and afternoon snack, July 10-21, Monday-Friday.

Crichton Elementary Summer Library Program: Lunch at 12 p.m. on June 22 and on Thursdays, July 6, 13, 20 and 27.

Eastern Greenbrier Middle School: Summer SOLE, breakfast, 8-8:30 a.m., and lunch, 11:30 a.m.-12 p.m., June 21-July 27, Monday-Thursday.

Frankford Elementary: Energy Express and Summer SOLE, breakfast, 8-8:30 a.m., lunch 11:30 a.m.-12 p.m. Energy Express is June 21-July 28, Monday-Friday, and Summer SOLE is June 21-July 27, Monday-Thursday.

Greenbrier East High School: Credit recovery, lunch 11:30 a.m.-12 p.m., Wednesdays, June 21 and 28, and July 5, 12, 19 and 26.

Greenbrier State Forest: Snack program for Scout Day Camp participants, morning and afternoon snack, July 10-13, Monday-Thursday.

Greenbrier West High School: Credit recovery, breakfast, 8-8:30 a.m.; lunch 11:30 a.m.-12 p.m., Thursdays, June 22 and 29 and July 6, 13, 20 and 27.

Lewisburg Elementary: Summer SOLE and extended year, breakfast, 8-8:30 a.m., and lunch, 11:30 a.m.-12 p.m., June 21–July 27, Monday-Thursday.

Rainelle Elementary: Energy Express and Summer SOLE, breakfast, 8-8:30 a.m., lunch 11:30-12 p.m. Energy Express is June 21-July 28, Monday-Friday, and Summer SOLE is June 21-July 27, Monday-Thursday.

Rupert Elementary: Summer SOLE, breakfast, 8-8:30 a.m., lunch 11:30-12 p.m., June 21-July 27, Monday-Thursday.

Western Greenbrier Middle School: Summer SOLE, breakfast, 8-8:30 am, lunch 11:30-12 p.m., June 21-July 27, Monday-Thursday.

White Sulphur Elementary: Energy Express, Summer SOLE, breakfast, 8-8:30 a.m., lunch 11:30-12 p.m. Energy Express is June 21-July 28, Monday-Friday, and Summer SOLE is June 21-July 27, Monday-Thursday.

All sites are closed on Tuesday, July 4.
