SMOOT, W.Va. (WVDN) – Hunter Road (CR 60/3) in Greenbrier County is scheduled to close to through traffic starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, May 22, for a bridge replacement project over Otter Creek.
The closure is expected to last until Friday, May 26, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.
Local traffic will still have access to all properties during the construction period via Miller Road (CR 60/3 & CR 20/4) and James River and Kanawha Turnpike (CR 60/32).
Motorists are encouraged to observe all traffic control signs and devices and exercise caution while navigating the work zone. The road is set to reopen upon the completion of the bridge replacement project, improving safety and infrastructure in the area.
