LEWISBURG, W.Va. (WVDN) – The Greenbrier County Planning Commission has scheduled a special meeting for Wednesday, May 10, at 1 p.m. in the County Commission Courtroom in the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
The meeting will cover several agenda items, including the recognition of a quorum, approval of minutes from the April 26 meeting and a public hearing on amendments to the 2014 Comprehensive Plan.
In accordance with West Virginia Code §8A-3-11(b), the public hearing will address proposed amendments to the 2014 Greenbrier County Comprehensive Plan. Members of the public are invited to attend and provide comments either by speaking at the hearing or submitting written statements.
A second public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, May 24, at 6 p.m., where additional comments may be made.
The 2014 Comprehensive Plan and the proposed amendments can be accessed online, and the text of the amendments will also be available at the Planning Commission office located in the courthouse.
