Greenbrier East girls’ soccer player Kylie Criddle is continuing her soccer career and signed her national letter of intent to Waynesburg University on Thursday, April 20.
Surrounded by family, friends and teammates, Criddle was all smiles.
Criddle was a standout athlete for the East girls’ soccer program, and the Yellowjackets are excited to add her to their 2023-24 roster.
Criddle on why she chose Waynesburg:
“I love that the school is a small faith-based community. I became interested in Waynesburg University when i realized they had the field i wanted to pursue.”
On how her time at East has prepared her for the next level:
“I started soccer my freshman year; my coaches were always there to push me. They never gave up on me, even though I was behind in my soccer development. Coach Dotson and coach Vincent encouraged me throughout my years at Greenbrier East High school.”
On what her goals are once she gets to campus:
“I want to be the best I can be. I look forward to being a part of a new team and home.”
Criddle plans to major in forensic crime scene investigation and will head to her new destination this fall.
