My family came to visit at Christmas. My niece, Julie, always makes her spinach dip, mainly because we love it. This would make a great hors d’oeuvre, a nice dish to “pass along” or just a wonderful nosh when watching the game. Best of all, so easy to make. It’s served warm, but you can refrigerate the leftovers (if there are any) and heat it up the next day.
