Tons of trash is taken to the Greenbrier County landfill every day. This mountain of trash must be spread out and covered in a cell. Last year, Lee Ryan (l to r), Ben Anderson, David Dotson, Carlos Dotson and Justin Goins moved more than 42,085 tons of trash.
Todd Riggs and Kelly Childers are the managers of the two divisions of the Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority. Todd manages the Recycle Center in Ronceverte and Kelly manages the Landfill on Brush Road.
