The power failed at 5:15 PM on June 23, 2016. It was the motivation Becky Redden, community branch manager at Summit Community Bank in Rainelle, needed to get out. Her employees had already departed for their own homes, and Redden knew if she didn’t leave quickly, she was may not escape.
