The White Sulphur Springs municipal election will be held on Tuesday, June 13. These individuals have announced their candidacy for the following positions:
Mayor:
Michael Mack McIntire, Erin Lovell and Kathy Glover
Recorder:
Penny Fioravante and Mark Gillespie
Councilpersons:
Ryan L. Lockhart, Jennifer Andrews, Thomas Taylor, George “G.P.” Parker, Malanie D. Argyrakis, Ted Humphreys, Nancy Marshall and Audrey Burns VanBuren.
Gillespie currently serves on the City Council. Parker and VanBuren are also current councilpersons. Taylor is a former mayor of White Sulphur Springs, having been the youngest person elected mayor at age 21 in 2011.
