Kimberly Lee Kisner, 53, of Lewisburg, WV, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 20, 2016, at her home after a long battle with emphysema.
She was born in Covington, VA, on November 27, 1962.
Preceding her in death were her biological father, Wayne R. Kisner, Covington, VA, and Conway, MO; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Weldon Hinkle, Lewisburg; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Kisner, Covington; and a special uncle, Danny Hinkle, Fairlea, WV.
She is survived by her mother, Linda L. Hinkle Trevail, and stepfather, Frederick Trevail, of White Sulphur Springs, WV; special uncle, Randy Hinkle, and Ruth Hylton of Greensboro, NC; her best friend (her dog), Sissy; and lots of cousins, friends, and neighbors.
Per Kim’s wishes, she was cremated.
A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, May 26, 2016, at the Rosewood Cemetery at Lewisburg with the Rev. Ben Gurley officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Fairlea Rescue Squad or the First Presbyterian Church of White Sulphur Springs.
