It is now up to the West Virginia Parole Board whether the perpetrator of a malicious 1994 murder will be free. A Greenbrier County jury deliberated for nearly two hours Friday, May 20, on whether a Pocahontas County man convicted of first-degree murder would serve a life term without the possibility of parole or life with the possibility of parole.
