Alma Frances Eugene Fox Keatley, 91, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at her home in Indian Mills, WV.
She was born October 17, 1924, in Judson, WV, a daughter of Lester H. and Mary Etta Shepherd Fox.
Mrs. Keatley was a homemaker and a member of the Indian Mills Baptist Church for more than 50 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Rachel; a grandson, Evan Williams; one brother; and six sisters.
She is survived by her husband of 73 years, James A. Keatley of Indian Mills; four sons, James W. (Evelyn) and Danny, both of White Sulphur Springs, WV, Gary (Nancy) of Hinton, WV, and David (Terri) of Forest Hill, WV; five daughters, Melva Wheeler (Bill) of Indian Mills, Marjorie (John Northeimer) of Charleston, WV, Ruth Williams (Bill) of Clarksville, MD, Sarah Moore (Kenny) of Farmville, VA, and Elizabeth of N. Wilkesboro, NC; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive visitors at the Pivont Funeral Home in Hinton, WV, from 6-8 PM Thursday, March 17, 2016.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 AM on Friday, March 18, at the funeral home with Pastor Steve Howdock officiating. Interment will follow at Indian Mills Cemetery.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
