The White Sulphur Springs City Council has been working on the passed motion of building a new maintenance facility that was proposed several meetings ago. Due to some council members and city residents expressing concern over the cost of the building and whether or not the city would be able to afford the loan payments, Mayor Lloyd Haynes advised the council has established a committee to brainstorm ideas for lowering the originally estimated $1.7 million for the cost of the building.
