William J. “Billy Joe” Flack, 72, of Frankford, WV, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2015.
He was born February 1, 1943, in Maxwelton, WV, to the late Raymond L. and Alvie Byers Flack.
He was a graduate of Frankford High School, a retired surveyor engineer, and a member of the Henning Church of God.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Eldora Flack on December 5, 2009.
Those left to cherish his memory include three children, Teresa Keeney and husband, Greg, of Frankford, Andrea J. Flack of Ashburn, VA, and Jason Flack and fiancee, Raina Pannee, of Lexington, VA; four grandchildren, Brandon, Zachary, and Jeremey Keeney and Jakob Flack; two great-grandsons; one sister, Joyce Hanna and husband, Buford, of Lynchburg, VA; one brother, Steve Flack and wife, Mary Ellen, of Boone’s Mill, VA; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog and companion, Jack Flack.
Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at 2 PM at Henning Church of God in
Frankford with Pastor Robert Hefner officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12-2 PM prior to the funeral on Wednesday.
