Walter Lake Anderson, 57, of White Sulphur Springs, WV, died Monday, January 26, 2015, at Princeton Community Hospital in Princeton, WV.
He was born December 6, 1957, at Marlinton, WV, the son of Emery L. Anderson of White Sulphur Springs and the late Rosetta White Anderson.
Walter was a bartender and night watchman in Atlanta, GA, and was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church in White Sulphur Springs. He graduated from Greenbrier East High School in Fairlea, WV, in 1976.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his brothers, Rodney Carl Anderson and Randy Dirk Anderson of White Sulphur Springs, and Brian Anderson and wife, Lori, of Houston, TX; nephews Jordan, Levi, and Alec Anderson of Houston; and niece, Mallori of Houston; all of whom he loved and enjoyed being around.
Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at Mountain View Cemetery in Marlinton at 2 PM with Pastor David Merryman officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Emmanuel United Methodist Church.
VanReenen Funeral Home in Marlinton is in charge of arrangements.
